TradeUltra has purchased, at no direct cost to clients, separate insurance protection to cover losses, if there is an insolvency event, in excess of USD 10,000 and up to USD 1,000,000. The TradeUltra Excess of Loss Insurance Policy is subject to Terms and Conditions and will respond only in the event that certain specific conditions are met.

In case you are dissatisfied with any aspects of the services provided by our company, first please contact our customer care department and/or your client relations manager as a great majority of customer complaints can be dealt with and resolved at this level.
If your complaint has not been resolved, you may submit your complaint to our compliance department. The compliance officer will impartially handle all complaints received and any actions taken shall be in accordance with our company’s complaints handling procedures, which is available on our website.
